Description

Probably the best of Steven Seagal's three-word-titled action films from the 1990s was his debut, ABOVE THE LAW. Seagal plays Nico, a tough cop who pulls off the biggest drug bust of his career, only to have the FBI throw a wrench in it: why are they protecting one of the country's biggest drug lords, and what does it have to do with Nico's covert work in Vietnam?
