Editing Your Account Info

Your Smartz Account will securely store all of your necessary account information and allows you to make changes or edit that information if required. All information is stored securely and can store several different credit cards and shipping addresses if you desire. Each will need to be individually validated but once done you can use as you wish with an option to select a "default" for each.

Editing your Shipping Address:

  1. Click the 'Your Account' link in the top right corner of all our pages.
  2. Under the 'Account Section,' select Shipping Information.
  3. Your Shipping Information page allows you to:
    • "Set as Default" – Set this address as your default address for all current orders.
    • "Edit" – You may edit that address for our files. After you have made your edits to your address, click "Add Updated Shipping Info" to update your info.
    • "Add Shipping Address" – Add a new address to your Smartz account.
    • "Delete" – Delete the Address from our system.
  4. If you edit your default Shipping information, that information will be changed on all Open Orders (Orders that have not processed) containing that information currently in our system if was selected at time of order placement.

Editing your Billing Information:

  1. Click the 'Your Account' link in the top right corner of all our pages.
  2. Under the 'Account Section' in the left navigation bar, select Billing Information.
  3. Your Billing Information pages allows you to:
    • "Set as Default" – Set that Credit Card as the default Credit Card for all current orders.
    • "Edit" – You may Edit your Credit Card information in our system. When finished, click the 'Update Credit Card' button.
    • "Add New Credit Card" – Add a new Credit Card to your Smartz account. After you have added a Credit Card, you must click 'Set as Default' to use it for a new Order.
    • "Delete" – Delete a Credit Card from our system.
  4. If you edit your Credit Card information, that information will be changed on all Open Orders (Orders that have not processed) containing that information currently in our system if was selected at time of order placement.

Editing your Logon Name:

  1. Click the 'Your Account' link in the top right corner of all our pages.
  2. Click on the 'Change Logon Name' link.
  3. Enter the new name you wish to use and your password.
  4. If the name you have chosen is already being used, you will receive an error message along with several suggested options.
  5. When finished, click 'Update Login Name' to update your logon name for your Smartz account.
  6. Your new Logon Name will be effective immediately in our system.

Editing your Password:

  1. Click the 'Your Account' link in the top right corner of all our pages.
  2. Click on the 'Change Password' link.
  3. You will need to enter your existing password and your new password (twice).
  4. Click 'Change Password'.
  5. You will receive an email notification verifying that your password has been updated.
