Forgot my Login Name or Password

If you do happen to forget your login or password we can send to the e-mail you provided in your account by following the steps below.

Forgot Password:

1. Click the Log In link at the top right of all Smartz pages.
2. Click the Password Recovery link in the "Existing Customers" section.
3. Enter your Email address associated with your Smartz Account into the field.
4. A special code and recovery link will be emailed to your email account shortly.
5. You may then use that link to reset Your Smartz Account password and set the new password.
6. We suggest you then change that password to one of your one choosing via the "Change Password" page.

Forgot Login Name:

1. Your login name is actually your email address. If you don't have access to your email mailbox anymore, please contact our customer support to update your account to the new address or simply register new account.
