You will then be allowed full access to this information at anytime to modify or edit it as you desire. We want you at all times to buy with complete confidence at SmartzPlace.com and why we are a SecurityMetrics verified site which guarantees you that we pass all necessary compliance tests as required by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards and you can click on their logo found at the bottom of all pages on our web site for more information on this service. SSL certificate supplied by Starfield Technologies is also a sign we are taking all necessary safeguards in securing your personal data when it is transmitted to us and the authenticity of this certificate can also be found by clicking on their emblem (at the bottom of this page).

Returns and Replacements Policy:
We wish for you to be completely satisfied with any purchase you make at the Smartz website. If you need to return anything to us please visit our Returns and Replacements information section for full details on making a return.
- Your Return Shipment must be shipped within 30 days of the date your order shipped (the "Ship Date" on your invoice).
- You must fill out the Return Form in its entirety and include it with your Return.
- Items must be unopened and have factory seal intact to receive a refund.
- Opened items cannot be returned unless DEFECTIVE.
- Defective Items will be replaced with the same Item only. NO Refunds.
- ALL of the Original Packaging; Case, Booklets, Liner Notes, Bonus Discs, etc. MUST be included.
- We do NOT pay for postage on returns unless mis-shipped or defective.
- Shipping Charges are not Refundable.
- International Customers must pay all return shipping costs.
- International Customers are responsible for all Duty, Taxes and Shipping Charges if shipment is refused.
- Novelty Items and LP’s cannot be Returned for any reason, unless Defective.
Sales Tax Policy:
Any order shipped within the state of New Jersey will be subject to the local state government sales tax rate at the time of shipping, currently 7%.
Stock Status Policy:
We maintain an extensive range of inventory at 4 separate locations and have shipping capabilities at two of them. Typically anything noted as “In Stock” will ship same day when an order is placed by 7 a.m. EST even if means procuring stock from one of our other warehouses for shipping. Otherwise you can order up till 2 p.m. EST and have shipped the same day when all items available at a single warehouse.
Any items notated as “On Order” means we are currently out of stock within our warehouse for that item. Generally we will already have an order into a supplier/vendor for the title to have it returned to stock but sometimes supplier may also be out and this then is difficult to know when stock will be available.
A “Pre Order” means the title is due to be in stock by the date listed in the product information page and we will then ship it out to you. Pre Order titles (as with all orders) will not be debited for until your order is processed for shipping. On occasion the release date for certain titles will change and sometimes without notice and in the event of such an occurrence we will update the information promptly at the items product information page.
Errors and Omissions Policy:
At all times we will do everything possible to keep all of the information displayed at SmartzPlace.com accurate but reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that was placed where it was found the item had incorrectly displayed pricing information either by data inputting error or incorrect information received from a supplier or vendor.
