Returns and Replacements

Domestic Returns

Smartz Place wishes you to be entirely satisfied with any order you place with us. You may return any order within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) by completing the Return Order Authorization form located HERE. Returns for credit must be unopened and have factory seal in place. This same form can be utilized for any defective or mis-shipped product and please follow the directions for return as outlined below:

1. Complete the RA Form completely and print it out
2. Repack your items in a box large enough to accommodate and protect them during transit
3. E-mail our Returns and Replacements Department who will issue you with a pre paid return label
4. Print out the Return Label and attach it to your package
5. Upon receipt of your return an e-mail will be dispatched to you outlining details of the return

International Returns

Smartz Place wishes you to be entirely satisfied with any order you place with us. Returns for credit must be unopened and have factory seal in place. This same form can be utilized for any defective or mis-shipped product and please follow the directions for return as outlined below:

1. Complete the RA Form completely and print it out
2. Repack your items in a box large enough to accommodate and protect them during transit
3. E-mail our Returns and Replacements Department to advise them of a return and they will issue you with RA #
4. Seal your package and send to the following address:

5. Upon receipt of your return an e-mail will be dispatched to you outlining details of the return
