Shipping and Delivery — Domestic Shipping
USPS Standard Shipping — FREE ** [Orders over $30 USD]
(5-10 days Monday through Friday)
**Non Standard releases cannot be shipped free. This will include Special Editions and Box Sets where the weight is considerably more than a regular DVD release or Books and Novelty Items exceeding 3/4 lb in weight. These items will be clearly marked at product information page and shipping costs will be shown at time of order placement based on weight. Products not covered for free shipping as above will be subject to a base shipping charge plus any extra applicable item charges. Base charges for DVD are $ 1.99 and Books and Novelty $ 5.99 with all extra items charges being $ 1.69 covering all products. If an order contains both non standard DVD and Books or Novelty then the default base charge will automatically apply to the higher product base and in this case that would be Books and Novelty product. The base charge will only ever be applied once to any single order where applicable. Each extra Item charge of $ 1.69 is approximately 1/4lb for reference.

Standard shipping covers all 50 United States. Sorry, APO/FPO excluded. Orders placed prior to 10 a.m. will typically ship the same day if stock is available. Pre orders and back orders will ship as soon as stock becomes available. Smartz will provide a USPS delivery confirmation free of charge on all standard shipping items but no in transit tracking is available.

Expedited shipping may be sent by either USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail or Ground Courier dependent upon weight and destination but all methods will have similar transit times to delivery and USPS Delivery Confirmation will be included on Priority and First Class Mail methods and Tracking Number provided for Ground Courier shipments. The method chosen will be at the sole discretion of Smartz Place. An additional $ 2.00 charge will be added to shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii under the Expedited Shipping method. If an order consists of multiple products (i.e. DVD’s and Books) the Base Charge will always default to whichever is the highest for that specific order. A courier shipment can be ordered with an option to hold the shipment until all items are available to ensure everything is shipped at one time.
For both methods of Mail shipping (Standard and Expedited) in stock and available products will ship immediately and the remainder if any will ship as stock becomes available including pre orders.
