This animated series revolves around the sea-bound adventures of Monkey D. Luffy, a young man with dreams of becoming the mightiest pirate around. The second installment the series, CLOWN OF THE TOWN follows Luffy and Zoro as they meet Nami, a girl who loves to rob pirates. When it turns out that Nami is on the lookout to steal from the meanest pirate on the seas, Buggy the Clown, Luffy decides to help out in the name of justice.
